The 3.2.1 firmware for the iPad has been released by Apple today and this firmware update
is done also to fix the WiFi problem faced by many iPad owners. All the iPad users can now update their device to the new firmware to get the bugs fixed.
Using iTunes you could easily update your iPad to iOS 3.2.1. But don’t forget that the credits you got after the jailbreak of your iPad (if you had done it) will be lost. So if you still need a jailbroken iPad, then it is better not to update your iPad to this firmware.
You could download the iOS 3.2.1 custom firmware .ipsw file from here if you want to manually update your iPad to iOS 4.0.1.
