HTC has announced two new Android Phones this week, The HTC Desire HD and HTC Desire Z at their grand event held in London. They also came up with a new service called HTCSense.com. HTC always brings out outstanding sets and both these phones are coming up with excellent features.
HTC Desire HD
The HTC Desire HD is so much similar to the HTC Evo but lacks in 4G! This New HTC member has a 4.3 inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels and packs a fast 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. It has a 8 MP Camera featuring HD video recording, 768 MB RAM and runs on Android 2.2 Froyo. HTC Desire HD comes with 1.5 GB internal memory and a micro SD slot supporting upto 32 GB. 3G connectivity with download speeds of up to 14.4 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 5.76 Mbps is also very impressive! GPRS, EDGE and WiFi 802.11 b/g/n also adds to the features.Desire HD comes to Europe and Asia in October this year.
HTC Desire Z
The HTC Desire Z packs a 720p video recording enabled 5MP camera unlike the 8MP camera in HTC Desdire HD.HTC Desire Z features an 800MHz Qualcomm MSM7230 processor. Comfortable slider keypad that looks just like the one onÂ HTC TouchPro 2. Has the same 802.11n wi-fi connectivity like the one in HTC Desire HD. It will also make use of HTCâ€™s updated Sense UI while running on the Android 2.2 Froyo. Will be available in Europe and Asia in October this year.
HTCSense.com is an online feature like Apple’s MobileME and Microsoft My phone. It allows you to backup the contents of your phone and restore them back if needed via the internet. Also HTC allows many moreÂ featuresÂ which would enable the phone to ring even when it is in silent mode and allows us to find Â location of the handset on a map in case of theft.The HTC Desire HD and HTC Desire Z are the first two phones to have this cool new feature!
