Nokia E72 has just now got a firmware update version 051.018 to do with. The Nokia E72 v051.018 firmware update adds
many new features. Microsoft Office communicator and Nokia Instant messenger/Nokia Chat 2.0. Email, Calendar and Contacts has also been improved.
The phone can be updated over air or by using Nokia Software Updater  in your PC. Although Nokia provides User Data Prevention, it is strongly recommended to take a backup of your data. If the update has not rolled in your region, it would be soon available.

but i m not able to download it… via software updater it says you have the updated version which is 31.002. something
