We have seen many smartphones and tablets in the Consumer Electronics Show, 2011, which were supported by dual core chipsets. Now this dual core cheapest is proving to be benchmark beast for all new high-end smartphones and tablets, called products.
Recently, Chipset giant maker, NVIDIA has just disclosed that they are going to launch Successor of Tegra 2 i.e. Tegra 3 processor in the upcoming Mobile World Congress, which is scheduled in February at Barcelona.
In a exclusive interview with Hexus, NVIDIA’s Tegra GM, Mike Rayfield had this to say. “I’m going to come pretty close to my cadence of a launch every year,” said Rayfield. “It will be in production around the same time as my competitors’ first dual-cores will.” Considering Qualcomm and TI’s processors are expected to come into their own in the first half of the year, MWC looks to be a safe bet if you’repredicting NVIDIA’s Tegra 3 launch.
Now, We will just wait and watch what NVIDIA is going to do?
