Earlier methods of rooting the Samsung Galaxy S II are pretty complex for general users and it also has the risk of taking your phone to a damaged state. Also, one click methods with tools like SuperOneClick doesn’t work as Samsung had patched the exploits on which tools like these were working.
But an XDA member ‘ lyriquidperfection ‘ has come up with a one click rooting method for the Samsung Galaxy S II. The tool is named S2 Root.
What you have to do to root Galaxy S II with S2 Root is pretty simple. Connect your phone to the computer and enable USB debugging. Then make sure you have flashed an insecure kernal and run S2 Root. You’ll have your Galaxy S II rooted.
