The most notable modification is that, it is accompanied with GTalk with video chat capability and and an upgraded baseband for better network access. But it is sad to see that the Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread firmware drinks a better part of the battery.
The Galaxy S II owners can flash the leaked ROM on their handset by following the instructions given here. But remember the fact that flashing the leaked firmware might make the web browser collapse.
