Last month we reported that Microsoft is all set to launch the update for Windows Phone 7 i.e. 7.5 Mango very soon but at that time we weren’t able to tell a specific release date for it. But now Microsoft has officially announced the launch date for the Windows Phone 7.5 Mango update and the interesting thing is that it will come up in a week or two.
To give a clear message to all Windows Phone users, Microsoft has also updated the official page: where’s my update?
When the update process for Windows Phone 7.5 Mango starts, the users will also receive update from their handset manufacturer. This update from the house of the handset manufacturer and Microsoft is designed to tweak the users’s device in such a way that it will work with the all new features of Windows Phone 7.5 OS.
Until date when the official version of WP 7.5 is rolled out, it is advised not to update your devices to 7.5 with the leaked firmware otherwise in case users may have problem with their devices.
