The mango update for Windows Phone is very near and we don’t have to wait longer. Pocket-lint reported that Microsoft will release the Mango update on September 1. This date was chosen to release the update because soon after September 1, there is IFA conference that will be held in Germany.
The IFA event will give handsets to manufacturers to showcase their new devices; Microsoft will try to show off new devices that are running on Mango OS. Also, Pocket-lint reported that Nokia is expected to launch the first Windows Phone device at Nokia World that is scheduled at the end of October.
Microsoft has only said that they will soon launch Mango update but not mentioned the date. But, we can expect Microsoft will try to roll out Mango OS soon as possible because the launch of Mango OS will bring lots of new Windows Phone hardware, thus it will give a room for Microsoft‘s WP Mango OS to become stable in the market. As soon after that Google’s Android Ice cream Sandwich and Apple’s iPhone 5 will be launched in the market which will bring tough competition between them.
